It actually turned out great! You would think it would be too hot to eat, but no. I didn't put a whole lot of Kraft shredded monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno & habanero peppers in it (1/2 bag) but enough to feel a little heat. I'm thinking the dairy in it helped keep it from being a fire hazard, ha.
I use the Hunt's meatloaf fixins can recipe pretty much.
2 eggs beaten
1 cup progresso italian bread crumbs
2lbs 80/20 hamburger meat
75% of meatloaf fixins 15oz can
dash of garlic powder
1/2 bag of 8oz Kraft shred mont jack cheese with jalapeno and habanero peppers
In large mixing bowl, dump all ingredients, mix with hands and form loaf. put in glass dish and bake at 400 for 1hr. Take out, spread rest of meatloaf fixins can on top and cook for another 5min. Take out and munch away!
Hope you folks try it and like it. It's simple to prepare.
Good meatloaf eatin,
