How has the fishing been for people fishing texoma as it's turning to fall?

I was there last weekend @ mid-lake Platter area. Texoma is fishing great and the water looks fantastic. The water temp was hovering @70.

Fished the south end on Sunday, fishing was TOUGH. Water color was wayyy off for that end of the lake, I dont know if it recently turned or if it was just from the rains we have had. We struggled in the normal areas I fish down there, only a few little smallies... switched gears to largemouth and headed mid lake to salvage the day.

caught a several in the 3-4lb range last friday but was still tough for numbers.

West side of the lake has been off colored highport. big mineral and buncomb, east side is a lot clearer, depending on how far back you go into the coves. We will see how the bite is affected from this first good cold front this weekend. See you guys in the ABA tourney this weekend
