Hello, I'm fairly new to the Austin area and eager to get the boat wet this weekend. Does anyone have any tips on where to go on Travis and what's biting this time of year? Thanks!

Shakeyheads, speedcraws & glittersmoke grubs are always winners this time of year. Go fish Gpaz this weekend! It's a tournament/meet & greet. You will learn more about Lake Travis in 1 day there than 10 years of internet search.

There are some experienced locals looking for a ride due to their boat giving out on them. Hook up with one of those guys and get years ahead of the curve.
