I agree, with all the lakes in the Greater Texas area, it would have been nice to stay off of Conroe this season.

Our Conroe event is 18 years old gents and the first weekend of March every year and BASS was aware of that well in advance of the Classic scheduling. Thanks for the feedback but all is well.

I plan on making Conroe this year. I went last year, I probably jinxed the whole tournament... they closed the entire lake about an hour after I got there. Then I went to Table Rock, a cold windy front went with me. But as they say, try, try again.
