When you buy a new bait, how many do you buy? I have a tendency to buy two in case I lose one even though I don't know if it will catch fish.

Usually two, different colors or sizes, though. Bagged plastics sometimes just one bag if I can resist the urge to buy multiple colors.

I learned long ago that some baits are made to catch the buyer and not fish... I usually stick with what I know works, that is until I find that somebody caught fish on a new bait then I'll buy one, try it and stock up if they work.

Then I sit in the middle of the aisle and dump it all out and figure out what I can't live without...
I have a problem. I'm not allowed without supervision. I stopped by Academy and Wal-Mart just to RESTOCK a couple bags of plastics and a couple hard baits last week and accidently dropped $300... I literally have not even unboxed half of my last online tackle order...
I think I just like tackle coz I don't fish with half the [censored] I buy... Just what I know works more or less. I make my own tackle too... So I kinda just love tackle to an extend
