So I've gone off the deep end and now tying my own crappie jigs roflmao

REDGUN has been a huge help in getting me started and even met up with me and showed me a few pointers. Great guy who makes awesome Jig heads and Jigs. Can't thank him enough and can't wait to rip some lips with him soon.

Here's my first two "solo" made jigs. What do you guys think?

That first jig is just the right balance of all materials. That jig will get hammered. thumb

Love both of them. Really like the contrast of the white on yellow chenille!-- Really would like it in semi-stained to stained water.

When I was surrounded by all types of feathers at my desk and my girl friend walked up and asked if I was getting into arts and crafts I knew I was in trouble! roflmao

Actually just was able to use some of the jigs Ive been tying and got bit. What a feeling to catch fish off your own hand tied jig.
