Download a app on your cell phone called boatramps. It show every boat ramp on all the lakes. I just downloaded it. Pretty cool.

TPWD has fishing page for all lakes. It has an access map with directions to each ramp.
Here is a link.

Click on any of the listed ramps and it will take you to the directions.
