Will I notice a difference?

Walmart sells for 12$ for 12# 200 yard spool
Ebay sells 4000 yard spool of 10# line for 39.99

You can get a 1000yd spool of Seagur red label on Amazon for $39.99. 4000yd spool for that price has to be fake.

I have run the gauntlet with flouro finding right price with right strength and I noticed a huge difference with the 10 and 12. I rarely had a fish break off while the fish was on but I noticed a huge difference when setting the hook. The 10 broke a lot on hook set. Just my experience and I'm sure some will say I'm doing something wrong with my hookset but all my issues stopped when I settled on 12

we are in the process of trying out a new line that claims to have a smaller diameter than the competition allowing you to use a higher pound rating. In other words I can use 20# fluoro instead of 15# due to same diameter.

Exact same happened to me, I tried 10lb a few trips and had break offs, went back to 12lb and life is good again.
