I don't do this as often as I should but I want to relate a warranty experience. I have been carrying around my TFO BVK flyrod for a month or so waiting for a time to just drop it off at the Headquarters in Dallas. I swung by there this morning expecting to leave it and the person who greeted me asked if I wanted to wait. In just a few minutes she cheerfully returned with a new rod for me.
This was admittedly not a TFO workmanship issue - just a clumsy one from yours truly. Didn't matter!
Nice product and terrific folks.

I had the same experience with them, I broke my 2 weight and expected the broken section to be replaced, the guy said the rod has been well used, here is a new one.At that time no money was required. Excellent service.
