I ordered a Helix from them on the 3rd and still have not received shipping information. I sent an email last night to let me know if it would ship today and if not cancel the order and refund my money. They must have everything drop shipped. At any rate, it doesn't take 2 1/2 days to process an order and slap a shipping label on it, especially when they get their money immediately from Paypal.

I called this AM. There was a note on the order about some kind of delay in the warehouse yesterday and it was being processed for shipping today.
