Williams Creek Crappie Club on Lake Fork is having a "Crappie Academy" next weekend, Nov. 11 - 13. Starts at 5 PM Friday night with a get together and fish fry and then Mark Standridge will be our speaker. Saturday at 9AM, Slade Dougharty will be there with his rig for the morning session. Just my luck its scheduled on a day I'll be fishing....Will this academy be done any other time throughout the year?

That sounds like an awesome opportunity. I will look forward to the academy coming up in March and try to make time to go to that one.

Ask Little Man....he'll tell you how I think that's what we're gonna do!! I asked him if he wanted to go to crappie class and he promptly said Nah! Let's just go fishing!!!
