What motor do you have??

Brucatos injector service is completed by one of Gary Brucatos techs at a completely different location now. July last year mine were sent to them, tested, cleaned, retested and sent back without any explanation, recommendation, etc... Sheet sent back basically said they were all OK. 10 hours into break-In of freshly rebuilt motor I burned #6 piston. Took off the injectors and computer and sent back to them. Guy calls me up and says the filter baskets are full of what looks like fine particles of rubber from deteriorating fuel lines caused by ethanol--this is the same stuff that was in them the first time he says!!!
That would have been a nice thing to know the "FIRST TIME"-----$150 worth of hoses cost me an additional $1500 on an already very expensive rebuild---I will never use them again!!! Many Go-Fast guys use someone in TN and say he is the best there is. I will try to find his contact info.

Sorry I'm a 2.5 guy! If you have an mechanical experience at all it is really simple. Just do a Google search for a part breakdown of the motor, Many sites have them.

I sent a complete injection system off of a Pro XS to them recently. They call to confirm repairs after inspection. They send the injector flow rate read-outs back with the unit after servicing. I will tell you one thing on 2.5 EFI`s. It is much cheaper to replace the injectors with new ones. A foreign built engine has the same injector.

Please explain??---2.5 Injectors are $200-$400 each depending on which ones you have. The flow test service is $125-$150 + the time required to remove and reinstall.

I plan on sending them off to Don. As stated, I just wanted some visual support since I've never removed the injectors before.

Send the whole thing to Don and have him go through it. So much easier. I would even pull the VST and send it too.Have him install fiber reeds while he has it.

Take a lot of pics as you disassemble. They can be invaluable when reassembling.

injectors rx was in business in houston 2 yrs ago. i had mine done there.

I would also send the entire induction system in to Don. It's the first thing I did when I bought my boat. You will need a TPS harness, bleed the oil system and should go ahead and rebuild the pulse fuel pump while your at it. Don will clean and calibrate the injectors, clean VST and replace all the o-rings and filters in VST. He will call you with details on what needs to be done. Highly recommend them.
