Side Note: I usually scale em with a spoon. Works GREAT! I also cut heads and gut! thumb As for filleting. You have the perfect example. rockon

You make it look easy! I use a potato peeler to scale em. That works good for me. As for cutting the meat out that is the first time I have seen that done. Going to have to give it a try. Thanks for posting. woot

Friends of mine clean White Bass like that. Looks like you are getting a lot of meat from those Gills. Good job on the video.
