Lake Wright Patman, I agree that the picture does not look like it but I weighed it with two different scales. My scales said 8.64 and a near by boaters scales said 8.82. Ether way I'm HAPPY!

Nice!! :-) Looks close enough to me- You aren't doing the whole "way out at my arms length towards the camera" thing so I would say 8.5 is fine! I was there once when it was really and a couple when it was REALLY HIGH and never caught but 1 or 2 small fish either time. Is the lake close to being back to "normal"?? Wouldn't mind fishing it again if so.

Yes the lake is back to normal. The lake is actually on fire, it is taking a 19 plus stringer to win 20 boat tournaments with half the boats weighing in 16 plus.
