Ashley and I hit our favorite spots again this weekend and finding that the Lake has dropped about 3 feet from last Sunday....? None the less we found our Rio's catching over 16 by my count. Perhaps maybe a half dozen Bluegill/ Red Breast and Black Bass mixed in. However as stated the Lion's share were the Rios. Our big fish was only 8.5" but close enough to bring high hopes of breaking the coveted 9" mark for the State's requirements. Natural worms and trout sized Berkley baits were the ticket with real worms over the artificial by a 4 to 1 ratio. Here are just a few:

A happy angler and her catch!

Nice report and fish. Rios seem very active right now. Guess they are trying to get fat before the winter.
