starting to see guys saying they are glide fishing....is this casting and retrieving a big swimbait?

Or cheaper ones as well. Spro makes a hollow body shad(frog) that glides and is less than $10.00. There are literally some great inexpensive glide baits on the market as well from a few companies. Lots under $20.00. Not all of them are big money. Swimbaits of all types have really been one of the best selling lure categories in Texas the last 12-18 months and it does not appear to be slowing down. Its been a huge boom to a lot of tackle shops. Guys are realizing they do not have to have crystal clear, deep water etc. Swimbaits and glides will work anywhere just about.
