My old rubber flap scuppers are allowing a lot of water in the boat if most of the weight gets on one side. I was told to replace them with the scuppers that have the ping pong balls in them, but I don't want those because they would stick out on the sides where as my old ones do not. What do y'all use?

Rabuds work great, but yes they aren't the prettiest thing in the world... But they work great http://www.duskyonline.com/scuppers.html

I have two scuppers on the side is why I don't want anything that sticks out.

I have the same problem as you medic. I'd love a solution to this.

I just picked up some new scuppers. The whole assembly was on clearance for $5 at Academy so I replaced them both. They work great now. The rubber was just wore out. They also sell just the rubber flap, but they were $9 each.
