We are getting to the point where ole dad can be chauffeured around the lake and be put on fish. Nick was going to help us get the shop ready over by Lavon and said why don't we fish a couple hours first. How could I turn down that offer. He's getting pretty good with jigs!

Tommy, those got some shoulders on em how deep & what color? Also where is this store you speak of. Congrats. These were caught 10 to 15' of water suspended on timber. 3" Slim Sticks in Bluegrass worked best on 1/16 BX jighead. My tournament partner Richie and I are opening a crappie shop near Collin park. We will be carrying many of the best proven to catch products. Richie has been on G-Rods prostaff since day one and we will have them as well. Look us up on Facebook for store info and reports. I love the name of your new store! Great Color Combination too! Are you only going to carry Bonehead Baits or are you going to carry some others as well like Crazy Angler Slab Bandits, Thermocline Lures, Bobby Garland baits...just curious. If you are looking to carry a "Variety" of proven Crappie Fishing Products might I suggest that in addition to the Bonehead Rods and G Rods that you also put some ACC Crappie STIX in there as well. An outstanding Crappie Rod designed by a former Crappie Fishing guide. There are no local dealers selling this rod for those that might like to check it out in person. No disrespect to G Rods or Bonehead. Just simply a suggestion/addition for your inventory if your looking to carry a variety of Crappie Fishing Gear. Congrats on the new store and looking forward to stopping by. By the way love the pics above of you and your son. If you are going to have hats and gear made with Thumpers Logo on it Id be in the market for a Flex Fit Hat in XXL. Possibly a Neon Green Shirt in XXL as well.
