Been a while since I have posted but we've been catching. Here are a few recent reports.

Ray Hubbard Report

Hit Hub at 5pm and caught till 7pm. Fish are holding timber and bridge columns in deep water. Yes, I fished bridge columns for about 45 min. I knew many would find it easier to fish them so I checked there. I caught over 30 fish there with 1/4 of them being keepers. The 5'8" BoneHead rod came in very handy while bridge fishing.

Timber is always my favorite and the ratio for keepers was much higher. I caught about the same amount on timber but 3/4 were keepers.

Bluegrass stump bug on a 1/16 BX jighead out preformed all today.

Best bite was 12' down!

Lake Lavon Report

Did a little scouting. First I fished shallow. Caught good fish in 3' of water but slow. Moved out to 10 to 16' of water caught good fish but still slow. Moved out to 30' of water and fished 16 to 18' down and smoked some good fish fast.

Pics show baits but once I got on good ones I dropped the 3" Slim Stick on them and it got hammered.

Bob Sandlin Report - Today

Best fish we caught in 40' of water 20 to 25' down on 3" Bonehead Tackle Slim Sticks.

We also caught fish on brush at 20 to 25' off points. Fish were right off the bottom.

Neither of us care for bridge fishing much but we did check columns for you all. They were there! <><

I can't get off the grid even if I wanted to. I'm either fishing or putting baits in stores. Opening our store has kept Richie and I very busy as well. No sleep for the addicted. Crappie biting/Will travel thumb

Good to here from you tommy!

The driving force and secret desire of every bass fisherman, is to one day be a crappie fisherman............Could it be that the good Lord just smilies and looks the other way when a fisherman tells a lie?
