Patagonia sst jacket or the Simms bulkley if you don't want to layer. The bulkley has primaloft insulation but is a little longer in the body. If you're just fishing in Texas, I don't think you'll need the bulkley. The Bulkley will probably make you sweat. Simms guide jacket is a little shorter than most and it's a great jacket to put a fleece underneath.
