Micah 6:8 He has shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the Lord require of you?
To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God

Patagonia sst jacket or the Simms bulkley if you don't want to layer. The bulkley has primaloft insulation but is a little longer in the body. If you're just fishing in Texas, I don't think you'll need the bulkley. The Bulkley will probably make you sweat. Simms guide jacket is a little shorter than most and it's a great jacket to put a fleece underneath.
