McMurry University Open Team Tournament at Lake Ray Hubbard
Date: Saturday, October 29th
Launch Time: Safe Light
Weigh In Time: 3pm
Launch: Chandlers Landing Marina (Trailering Allowed)
Registration: Friday Night from 6-8pm out front of Bass Pro Shops in Garland; Saturday Morning from 5-6:30
Entry: $100 per team; $20 Big Bass
Payback: 70% payout; 30% for our club. Pay every 1 in 5 places; 1 Big Bass
Cash Only
Open Team Tournament
Team consists of two people fishing from the same boat
Fishing Individual is allowed
Rules:
o All state and local laws will be followed
o Only species of Black Bass will be weighed (Largemouth, Smallmouth, Spotted)
o 5 fish limit per team. Each fish must be 14 minimum
o Fishing by Rod and Reel and artificial lures only. Pork rind is acceptable. NO TROLLING
o Life Jackets must be worn at all times when big motor is in operation
o Common courtesy is recommended at all times
o Any law broken will be grounds for automatic disqualification
Off Limits: 8pm Friday night-First cast of tournament
Last cast at 3pm; must be in weigh in line with ping pong ball turned in by 3:30.
For every minute late after 3:30 there will be a 1lb deduction
Dead fish= 1/2lb deduction

I want to thank everyone that came out for this tournament. Wind made it tough toward the end of the day but all in all it was a good day. 16 boats showed up and Ol' mother hubbard was stubborn for some but still showed out. 4 five fish limits, and only 3 boats zeroed.
1st place- 19.63 Terry Moore/Bennie Miles
2nd Place- 14.32 Randy Mercer
3rd place- 14.24 Wade Hudgens/Casey Nation
Big Bass- 9.13
We will have our annual Spring tournament at Possum Kingdom around the end of March. Hope to see all of the same guys there!
