1. Buying too much gear, then not using it.
2. planning/saying that I'll go fishing on (pick a day, any day) then "not" going fishing
3. fishing too much and "not catching fish"

4. believing what the bass section writes about the OT

I get in such a hurry to move to my next spot during tournaments,put the rods up,pliers, baits,etc. Sit down,buckle life jacket,start leaving and realize the trolling motor is still down.

Staying with a spot too long.

Not picking up on what the fish are trying to tell me, leading to me not really patterning them.

Cant get rid of the Habit, just got back. Latest News all churches are evil and some guy is sleeping with his cousin!

Most glaring one this year was picking up a rod out of the box and not checking my drag, set the hook on a decent fish during a tourney and drag was so loose it didnt get good penetration, lost the fish and missed out of a check by 1lb. That one hurt for a little while.

Another one one would be sticking in an area where i keep catching small fish hoping ill stumble on some larger fish, i dont know if that is a bad habit or not but it has happened quite a few times with no bigger fish to show for it

Trying to force feed them

Forgetting to eat or drink. Nearly passed out one time!
