The Herb's Dilly is one of my all time favorites. I have quite a collection of them, most of them with the bucktail skirts, which were on the originals. In later years, around the early 90's I believe, Luhr Jensen was selling the Herb's Dilly, but it was not the same lure. They changed the blades to the standard type buzz bait blade. Just wasn't the same.
