No free lures please let them earn them... I sponsored the team and am donating 3 baits per team member, I completly agree with you about having the earn the baits though. I have had several team members ask if they could come clean the shop or put hooks on baits to trade for baits and I believe I'll be taking them up on that.

I love helping the kids out, plan on taking a few of them fishing this fall and give them some pointers. I will probably boat captain a few.tournaments for them after the first of the year too.
