I am considering keeping my boat in a wet slip at either Capt Cove or Harbor Bay Marina, starting about Jan 1, but there is no available space for storing my empty trailer at either place, and other nearby open storage lots are full too. I want to keep the trailer close to where I keep my boat.

Good luck. Call the storage places and get on the waiting list.

There is a new indoor storage facility here in Rowlett and I live in Sachse. It is only 5-7 minutes from my house just off the intersection on Merritt Rd and Hwy 190. Cost is $135.00 per month.

I've been on the waiting list over a year for a dry storage. Finally got one 15 minutes away from hubbard andwill move myboat in today in a couple of hours. Google map zoom into lake hubbard and type boat storage and call them up. It's a bit of a work and most are full. Good luck.

Harbor Bay has no vacancies, especially if I do not keep my boat in their marina.

I've got a spot in Bayview marina dry storage. I sold my pontoon boat and am just keeping my jon boat in it right now, which can easily be moved. The lease is paid for through June 2017 and is $75/month. Let me know if you are interested.

That marina just changed hands and they are developing that whole area.
