Looking at getting a setup for baitcasting. I used spinners since I was little. Now that I am out here in Cali the bass fishing looks amazing, and I noticed everyone uses baitcasters. So I am looking to getting a decent not break the bank setup to learn on. Is this combo any good?

Lews is not bad at all. BPS has a decent beginner series (XPS i think), but if you're going to drop $150, might want to see if you can pick up a pre-owned curado and decent carbon rod.
