If you set the TM to follow a contour line and you are using two HB units using the same chip and are linked to each other, how do you know which unit is providing the contour line for the TM?

Since mapping is not shared with your units, the unit you choose to do that function is the one that controls it.

How is it selected since the TM and both units are networked together, in a menu?

Don't you know about the Etherent menu your units have???

Do you have Lakemaster chips in each unit? If you do you can follow the contour from either unit

Don't you know about the Etherent menu your units have??? I had forgotten about that. My HB education is still a work in progress. I need to set one on my bench with a power supply and just go through all of them. Making time to do that is where the problem comes in.

That is what I do so I know how everything works before I ever put it to use on the water. I do the same when a unit software update comes out that adds or improves functions.
