I've got a good friend and fellow kayak fisherman that makes Clear Fork Custom Jigs on Facebook. They are pretty darn good and very reasonably priced. He'll do a custom skirt color scheme for you too.

I too tie my own jigs but I purchase the heads. I have used a several dozen brands over the last 25 years and the best I have found are Boss. The stand-Up Football head is as snag-free as they come. Recently I bought a few of Boss's new Invader Jigs. I fished them in think grass and very heavy timber and have yet to hang up even once!
