Hard to beat navionics. Best thing is to compare cards that cover your favorite lakes.

I have a Navionics card in my 598 right now. It seems to do a good job, just wondering if there was anything more detailed as far as boat roads and such. 99% of my fishing is done on Fork and it is scary when you see what is just off the boat road.

It depends on what I am doing with it. I like the details of navionics, however, if I am using the following the contour feature of my ipilot I use the lakemaster card.

Check out this product: http://boatlanes.com/

It is GPS data that loads to the unit's memory so it displays on your unit as GPS Tracks over your mapping software.

Wayne,
Do you actually live in Va? You seem to know a lot about the Texas lakes. At any rate, your expertise is very much appreciated on the TFF.
