I'm so jealous of guys like Chuck that get to fish all the those hill country gems. The sunfish in all those small rivers and creeks are incredible in size, quantity and diversity. I mainly fish Somerville lake and it's creeks. There are few if any redbreast, no Rios, and very few red ears. Besides that, most of the sunfish and bluegill are small. I haven't caught but a couple 1/2 pound bluegill and no half pound sunfish at all. These are typical sunfish I catch in the Somerville watershed.
