I've used it at Fork. Don't trust it 100% so still idle but so far haven't hit a stump yet.

Thanks Texascajun69, I have a navionics map card and have noticed things being off sometimes. This is why I was curious about the boat lanes map... would suck to be off on something like that. Thanks for the input.

I purchased the boat lanes download a couple of weeks ago for Pines. it took about 3 minutes to download 5 minutes to read the directions and 2 minutes to upload in my humming bird. it was well worth it when I got on the lake. It seemed to be dead on.

Traveling quite a bit on Fork at night even during new moon..not sure what I would do without my boat lanes. Little Caney (last 3/4 of the way) along with Little Mustang are really the only areas of concern for me at the moment. Been using BoatLanes 6+ years..Thanks Lance for a incredible product.

Does Lance still offer the chip that has way points instead of just the tracks?

Running from way point to way point is much easier, IMO.

Seems 1st version had waypoints..Hummingbirds may show either way depending on how you load it

Interesting. Could you describe the way to load it and show a track because in my Humminbird I only see the waypoints. Would like to see I would prefer the track. Right now I am basically just plugging it in and it shows up over my Navionics map. Don't know of an actual "loading procedure". Thank you, 361v.

Here is the Boatlane loading instructions PDF:
http://www.boatlanes.com/HumminbirdSDcardInstall.pdf

If you have already imported Boatlanes and need to edit tracks to make them visible, here is the how to edit PDF:
http://www.boatlanes.com/changing%20visibility%20settings%20humminbird%20unit.pdf
This is sometimes necessary because the default HB track is a almost non-visible dashed line. Go figure that with all the possible more visible formats, HB chooses a default of non-visible. . .
You can avoid this by changing the HB SAVED TRACK DEFAULT setting BEFORE IMPORTING.

I have the original(older) Fork Boatlanes Waypoint path, but I use the trails for my Lowrance.

But these waypoints do not match up with Boatlanes' last changes, notability:
Change to Little Chaney path
Change to Lake Fork Marina path
Change to crossing over Chicken Ridge
New Chaney path
New Coffee/Big Caney paths
I think these updates occurred back around March, 2015.

I just downloaded and installed. The question I have, is I thought there was a lane all the way into Dale, however the boat lanes download pretty much stops where the buoy's stop. I could have swore, I ran to the back of dale, back in the 80's when all the timber was standing. I may be thinking of another creek, though.

I downloaded it on to a sd card but I don't think I got all of it. Can someone tell me how many trails I should have and miles on Rayburn?

You didn't mention what make of unit you use. . .

Boatlanes for Sam Rayburn should have trails and waypoints, here are the trails:

Been using for years. Bud did catch a stump on Fork last weekend in the boat lanes and bent my prop shaft.
