So, I just want to thank paul Landers for all his help. As some of yall know, I don't tourney fish alot but I bass fish 5 days a week. I was trying to think of a good way to help Darryl out and this was what I thought would do best. I would like to thank other tournaments that resheduled to support this one. Let's ease some of the burden this has put on his family.

Is there a way for us to donate if we can't make the tournament?

I have been battling Pancreatitis for the last 4 months and every day has been a challenge. 3 stents in the hospital for a total of 28 days and 2 stents in my pancreas later, I have just recently been sent home to prepare for a pretty big surgery that requires removing half of my pancreas. I will have the surgery in a couple of weeks and will be back in the hospital for 7-10 days. I will be be out of work for 3-6 months for recovery. So every little bit helps and my family and I greatly appreciate it very much. If you can't make the tournament but still want to donate, there is a go fund me page set up under Darryl Roach. Or you could send it to my wife's pay pal account at Bernadetteroach12@yahoo.com

Again, from the bottom of my heart, Thank you for your help!

Sounds like a Whipple which is major surgery and I wish you the best.
I cannot find your "DARYLL ROACH" on Go Fund Me unless you're a 22-year-old tree farmer in Ohio. Do you have a link to the actual page you could post for me?

Hey guys head over to APT and pick up any last minute tackle for this weekend. Rick has started a round up program for Darryl. How it works is if your total is 17.20 you can round up to 18 or 20 or whatever you want to donate. That money is put in a jar and at the end of this Rick and Patti are going to match whatever we anglers put in. Lets all get together and help Darryl out.

Just thinking out loud but isn't 6am a little early for takeoff this time of the year?
