Not many that I am aware of for thqat purpose in your price range. I would consider the Dobyns Fury Flipping stick as a PRIME possibility. It is rated from 1/4 to 2 oz lures, MH with a fast tip. Here is a link to it. http://dobynsrods.com/rod/fr-765flip/I would consider flipping sticks to be in the category for this kind of rod. Another possibility is the old Academy Ethos rods. I use a 7'6" XH for this application and it works well. Hope this helps. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck. Thad Rains

^agreed. You still want the parabolic bend that a crankbait rod needs to have.

Yep, 7' Ugly Stik Elite in medium heavy--your arms will get tired casting and retrieving with that rod all day, but if you do a lot of trolling/strolling, it'll work fine
For just at $100; take a look at the Falcon Bucoo XD Cranker.

Try the Berkley Lightning Rod Shock 7'6" Heavy. It has the action you need for the big baits & it's $55.00.
Less gritchin', more fishin'
