 Change of pace..

It's been nothing but work, work, work for me lately. Got to finally get out on the water for a bit today and took my parents with me. Wind was really kicking it today so we started out drifting the mud hole. We drug baits through tons of fish, but got nothing but a couple bites. My only guess was that we were going a bit too fast so I busted out the anchors. Turns out that' was the ticket. Got set up in 32fow and not 5 minutes later had a fish pulling drag that turned out to be my Dads new Pb!  Stayed there for about an hour then called it a day. Had another around 12 lbs, 3 eaters, and one that busted the main line in some cover. Now I'm off to Missouri for work, and decided to drag my boat with me. Wish me luck out there on the big river!

Thanks everyone! Felt good to get him on some good fish. And Rick, it's gonna be a heck of an experience! I'll keep you posted on what I find out up there.
