 Sometimes I hate flex cord

I found a few flies that i tied a while back that needed a quick repair. This one took a few tries to get the flex cord the way I wanted it.

Very interesting. I bet that makes a unique sound when it plops on the water. What species of fish do you normally target with this fly?
