I am looking to land some bluegills for a fish fry. I am fishing Ray Hubbard and can't for the life of me find them. I dont have a fish finder. Does anyone have a spot they are willing to disclose? I would appreciate it very much!

Hope you get a reply! I myself have never fished Ray Hubbard but down here in my area I am finding nice Bluegill by docks in 10 to 15 feet of water. Also finding good fish next to overhanging tree limbs. Fish are active and in their fall feeding modes. Good luck! thumb

I fish the main lake on Somerville. I find bluegill off all the rocky points. The rocky areas and adjoining vegetation usually are all I waste my time on now as most of the trees and vegetation on the lake's edge have died due to the flooding.

The old railroad bed in 14 feet of water North of I30 on the Rockwall side is an outstanding Bluegill spot.
