Howdy. Just broke my Megabass flippin stick. I purchased it used. Megabass says they can't replace it (even for a fee) because I am the second owner.

For future purchases, are there any companies that have no questions asked warranties?

Loomis GLX warranty is excellent. If its your fault it costs $100 shipped for a replacement plus whatever it costs you to ship it to them. If its a defect then you pay to ship it there and they will send you a new one. Never had an issue over the years. The NRX models are original buyer only (or used to be, at least). Fast, easy, and no drama.

I'm not familiar with other rod companies' policies.

Dobyns for sure replacement fee can be paid at any authorized Dobyns dealer like Anglers Pro Tackle. You pay flat fee for rod and either take the one you want off the shelf or they will
Order it in for you if it isn't in stock.

I believe it is up to the dealer to honor the Dobyns warranty or not. I think there was a thread about more popular marina on Lake Fork not accepting warranty swaps.

Correct Angler Pro Tackle in NRH will honor their warranty. If you cant find one near you just ship them the part of rod with model number and the replacement fee and they will ship you a new rod.

Ernie at Lake Fork Resort will do the warranty if you are there. You can ship the butt I believe back to Dobyns and they will exchange it. They will look at it first and if they chose they may replace it for free if it is under warranty, if not you can sent money and they will replace it for sure.

Oak Ridge is the marina that does not participate in the warranty return if I'm not mistaken

G. Loomis for sure. I broke a guide on an NRX and they replaced it for free and shipped it back on their dime! I also snapped a MossyBack rod in half (if you've ever owned one or felt one you know how durable those rods are) and they charged me $100, no questions asked. Sent it back on their dime again. I'm very pleased by G. Loomis' warranty.

Dobyns also has a great warranty service.

I bought a used G. Loomis and wanna get it service and repaired by them. I wonder if they would get it back up and running. I still use it but does have a couple missing "inners" of the eyes. All my good fish have come on this rod except for one,,, smile
Their(G Loomis) mailing or phone info if you have it would be AWESOME!

GLoomis, St.Croix and Dobyns, for a fee. Also, Academy Ethos, no questions asked and will swap on the spot.

Rod broke in 3 pieces on a hook set. That is not abuse. That's manufacturer defect. Falcon did not warranty the rod. Was an t7 cara I believe. Since then I have switched rod companies.

Not the first time I have heard about issues with Falcon

With dobyns you can cut off the label of the rod (from just in front of the hook keeper to just after the number identifying what model it is) then send in that piece of the rod with the money to cover the the flat replacement fee and they'll mail you a new one. I think you do have to cover shipping cost though.
