I live in DFW and like to do a little breath-hold freediving. Typically I go to Wheeler Branch, but have been looking for somewhere new to go. I've been fishing by the Eisenhower bluffs twice, and the water was extremely clear both times. That was a few years ago when the lake was really low, though. Has anybody been out there recently to know if the water has cleared up since the floods? I appreciate the help.

The water seems to have a off color to it. Don't know if it's lack of zebra muscles, lake turning over, or not completely cleared from floods. I would go somewhere else.

Don't know where you're located Tom, but the south end of Belton had about 8-10' visibility a couple weeks ago.
