I read on another forum this sale runs thru Sunday night, I am going to have mine on the bow shortly! I saw that but did not realize that it was a sale that was expiring. I was hoping to get one in about 1 1/2 weeks.

I've been watching it waiting for the money to buy one. Was a little worried that the price appeared too good to be true and was a fake website to steal your money. Glad to see you got it so I am comfortable with buying. I just hope that price lasts.

Glad to see you got it so I am comfortable with buying. I just hope that price lasts. no need to worry, they are legit. I bought one from them when they first came out in Feb. I have purchased about 7 graphs from them over the years...along with all the networking items needed. James will take care of ya

Correction. That one doesn't appear to be the SI version.

Yes they are on sale. This model is discontinued....still a great unit.

Is there a reason that they are discontinued? They are identical to the non kvd models other than the kvd markings, correct?

The big button on the KVD is red and it comes with a DVD, hardly a selling point with me.

Bobby, No reason given as to why they are being discontinued at this time. I believe the only KVD model that will stay will be in the Helix 9 SI/GPS KVD model.
The KVD models have cosmetic differences, comes with three of Kevins favorite lures, a booklet/cd that explains how Kevin fishes the lures and dials in his unit. Other than that they are they have the same spec' as the non KVD model.
