hey guys i'm going to be guiding a trip this coming Monday and i really want to put my clients on some fish. i have no problem catching the fish once i find them, but this time of year when the temperature is changing it seems they move around a lot more. I've had some good luck at lake park and the point directly north of lake park, but i went out on Tuesday and only caught 2 hybrid about 15 inches long. as of Tuesday the water temp was 77.8 and the fish were in about 28 feet of water. does anyone know where the big ones are this time of year???

Cold front, wind from the north, it's anybody's guess.

Pretty slow the last few days on Lewisville. Every guide I saw was struggling today. Lots of bait just no feeding fish.

Some guides didn't have to struggle to bad. One boat today had two limits of keepers plus unders. I wasn't on them quite as well with only one limit and unders. Stopped hybrid fishing at 9:00 to go chase cats.
Can't just work normal spots, have to find them and change tactics a little.

They were still there this morning. 14 hybrids but only two that would have been legal to keep.

i found the fish and caught about 30 hybrid all over 20 inches. thanks for the help.

I've never seen a guide in the bass fishing section asking for help locating fish. Was this post a joke.......?
