Anyone doing any good on Cedar Creek? I'm heading out there this Saturday for the first time in a while and am curious how the bite is. Thanks

My wife and my buddy's wife did the first Monday Canton thing two weeks ago. So I pulled the boat down and we fished Cedar Creek.
We caught 1-3.6 lb bass Friday, nothing on Saturday, and 3 dinks on Sunday.
We saw HUGE schools of shad and minnows throughout the lake and never marked the first school of fish under them or witnessed any fish chasing them. I have never seen so much baitfish in my life with practically zero surface activity.
We fished mainlake points/humps, boat docks, backs of creeks, rip rap, etc. We never did find a consistent bite.

Hard not to catch some fish right now. Deep docks, coves, main points, they're all holding fish.
