Looking for a stick thats light, fast tip, serious back bone, full grip handle (no split grip) and built tough. I'm only 5' 10" so between 7-7 1/2' long......budget is under $150.

I use the Dobyns Savvy Flipping stick. It is designed for exactly what you want. H backbone, but a fast tip, full grip handle 7'6" long and light, not as light as the Champions or XPs, but still pretty light. It is a LITTLE outside your budget, but you might pick one up on here that is slightly used for a good price. Here is the link to it. http://dobynsrods.com/rod/ss-766flip/GREAT flipping rod for 1/4 to 2 oz baits. Fits the bill of what you are looking for, except for the price. If that is too pricey, then maybe the newer Fury lineup would be what you are looking for. Here is one of the flipping stick models from that lineup. http://dobynsrods.com/rod/fr-765flipThe Savvy is $179.99 and the Fury is 109.99. Hope this helps. Tight lines, keep safe and good luck. I'd suggest a 734 for general flipping and pitching, and a 765 for heavy punching or pitching.
I say we fish 5 days a week and work 2.

13 Omen Black 2 Here's a rod that has full grip and is only $110. They make a flippin' stick too. These are good rods too.
