They started moving in last month. You will start noticing more flounder bites and concentrations in certain areas like SWP or SLP.

IF you try SWP....head over to the Submarine and fish that bulkhead in front of that Destroyer. All that area has been upgraded. Todd that bait out a few feet off the bulkhead, not far, as flatties run the the side of the wall. It may get crowded at times. Bring you a chair.
