I had Grady and Butch out for a half day trip on Ray Roberts Sunday morning. It was a beautiful morning for crappie fishing. The bite was incredible early in the morning and then steady most of the day. They caught a lot of 9 7/8" fish today throwing back well over 100 fish. I cleaned 22 fish for a nice gallon bag of fillets for a fish fry. Pink 1/16 ounce jig heads tipped with minnows was the go to bait all day. Early the same jig head with a Bobby Garland baby shad in crystal lam was producing as well. These guys had a great time catching so many fish. They also had some big fish break off and pulled in several large drum.

Nice haul Jacky - good to see you and your clients continue to find them!!
Looking forward to another trip soon - want to get my two boys into action like you showed us on Ray Roberts few weeks ago. Can't wait to fill up another cooler!!!
