Most any of them that have public marinas can accommodate a houseboat.

Depending on size you can put your houseboat in any marina on any managed lake. I have a 42ft cruiser on Texoma at Cedar Bayou.
Get ready for big slip rent $$$ if you're near DFW or a major city; slips start at $450/mo and up depending on length, width & amenities. Many of my Pier 121 buddies pay $10K annually for their slips alone. Don't forget about fuel, pumpout fees, extra insurance (waiver of Sub & additional insured)and electricity.. Another $2K annually.
