I left water in my hull for 10 days after fishing in the rain before I drained it, did I damage my boat?

Probably depends on the boat. Most good bass boats I would think have fiberglass over the wood beams or composite beams inside. I wouldn't think if they are sealed it would do much damage. I don't know but just guessing this would be the case. I pull the drain plug on mine and open all the live wells to drain at the ramp and on way home there will be a few droplets come out.
Someone might help me here but I think it is a state law now that we drain everything dry, because of zebra mussels and golden algae. Had one guy at a ramp said he puts a squirt of dish washing soap in his live wells and opens them after he has driven half way home to clean his.
I don't think rain water would have anything like zebra mussels or golden algae in it though. I also understand some forms of aquatic plants can be transported by leaving water in boat.
Your question would be better answered by someone more experienced.

The only problem it will create in a Tracker is if it soaks into the foam insulation. It will cause the boat to rider heavy. It will eventually dry out but take a long time.

Keep an eye out for mold and mildew. Open it up to sunlight and dry everything out well.

I am confused on this question and the answers provided... How did water get "in" the hull? About just a little bit of water or even a whole lot of water in the bilge? That's what a bilge is for! How would that damage a boat for 10 days of water? There are many boats on/around docks that Have some water 24 x 7. Yes, clean and dry for your protection, but the boat would be fine.

My thoughts as well.

Read the OP. It says he fished in the rain. That's how water got into bilge area.
Open it up & let er dry out. You should be fine, but keep watch for mildew. Just keep it opened up with no drain plug in. Check bilge pump to make sure its operational. I have 2 in mine. One auto & one manual switched. Part of routine maintenance. Trash, pieces of fishing line, etc winds up in bilge area & can jam pump impeller.
I Always pull plug when leaving ramp.

My thoughts, its a boat and is meant to be on the water, it would be ironic if water in and around the boat damaged it

If you had enough to cover battery or other electronics you might have some electrical issues other than that no problem.

Generally, your boat should be fine. If seat cushions or flotation in the hull got soaked, it may take a while to get it dry. Put cover over boat, open all compartments and run a huge fan on high for a few days. Depending on humidity, the heat build up under the cover with fast moving air should dry it out quickly. Boats are made to withstand water, but if you waterlog them, the porous components will soak up an retain water which can lead to mildew. Since you have Tracker 175 (aluminum, you're much better off than the guy with an early 90's or before boat that has wooden stringers and injected foam.

Lastly, MAKE SURE all your tackle boxes are emptied of water to avoid rusted hooks (don't ask me how I learned this).

Come on! They tell us modern hooks won't rust... Yeah, I know. Add a little salty plastic to the mix and you can ruin an entire 3700 box full of jigs FAST!
