Awesome day at Canyon. Drove right up to a school of stripers boiling the surface. As I shut down and got the trolling motor going I noticed several other schools up also. It was happening at first light and lasted till about 9am. Caught over 20 fish on Spooks, double fluke rig, underspin with fluke, and prop lures. It was a blast!! Canyon is awesome a day or 2 after these cool fronts come through. As it warms back the top water action slows and fish are hard to even find. I have learned several new places to look for them now though which is always a plus!

I bet that was a blast! If you ever need a fishing buddy on the weekends. My son and I could pitch in. Good job on those catches!
