The Ray Hubbard Bass Club will be holding our tenth meeting of 2016 on Thursday October 6th. The meeting will be held at Bass Pro Garland downstairs in the restaurant on the patio. The meeting will start at 7:00PM.

We are no longer taking memberships for 2016. If you wish to join to fish the Texoma tournament with us, see an officer and we will get you to someone that can sign you up. We will pro rate it towards next years membership. Members, we will also have the Sign in Sheet there. Make sure everyone signs in. You get 10 AOY points for every meeting you attend.

We will be recapping last months tournament on Lake Ray Roberts. If you finished in the top four, come and tell us how you did it. We will talk about this months tournament coming up on October 8th at Lake Texoma. Tournament hours are 7:00-3:00. We are launching from Highport Marina, with registration starting at 6:00AM. All tournament information will be posted here in the Bass Clubs section. We will also be doing partner finder. If you do not have someone to fish with, do not fish solo. Let's make sure no one is left at the ramp.

We will talk about our Club Championship tournament on Cedar Creek on November 12-13. Where we are staying, how much payout should be and who is eligible. Remember, check the standings on the web site. If you need to fish one more tournament to qualify for the Championship, you need to plan to be at Texoma.

We will update our plans for the First Annual Fish For A Cure tournament that will take place on October 15th at Lake Ray Hubbard. We are partnering with the American Cancer Society for this event. It will be a drive through weigh in run by Scott Gordon at Bass Pro Shops. We will have up to date information on where we are and what we need from our members on tournament day. Mostly, we need you to fish! You can get registered on line at the link below. It's $100.00 to fish. There is a guaranteed $3000.00 first prize and $500.00 for big bass of the event. We need you to be there in any way possible, either fishing or as a volunteer. Also, if you still need to participate in a community event to qualify for AOY and the Championship, this is your last chance.

Lots to go over so come early and stay late. Bring your appetite as wait staff will be there for your food and drink orders. Beer and other libations are available from your bartenders inside. Hope to see you there!
