I have a Championship tournament at the end of the month at Lake Texoma.
I will go pre fish prior to the tournament and I'm sure we will be able to locate some fish. I have never caught a small mouth, so any tips on baits, techniques etc. would be greatly appreciated!

Put on a white or chartreuse crankbait.
Crank the rocks on the Texas side anywhere from the Damn to HighPort, you will catch some.
I usually get smallmouth from sunrise and up till 9 am.
If it raining put on a yellow magic and stay close to the rocks.

Look at the Ray Hubbard Bass Club results after Saturday, then ask SoCal Tom where he caught all of his fish! Actually, those that catch them may offer some info about how and where.
